Beyond Bloom – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services by Beyond Bloom (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the customer”, “you”). By placing an order with Beyond Bloom, whether online, by telephone, or in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Our Products

2.1 All arrangements are individually handcrafted using seasonal flowers and foliage. Images shown on our website, social media, and marketing materials are indicative only. Each arrangement is a unique interpretation rather than an exact replica.

2.2 We reserve the right to substitute flowers, colours, containers, or materials where necessary due to seasonal availability, quality, or supplier issues. Substitutions will always maintain the overall style, tone, and value of the arrangement.

2.3 Fresh flowers are natural products and variations in colour, size, and form are normal and not considered defects.

2.4 Dried and preserved flowers may naturally fade or change over time; this is an inherent characteristic of the product.

3. Orders

3.1 Orders may be placed via our website, by email, or by telephone.

3.2 Once an order has been confirmed and payment received, a contract is formed between you and Beyond Bloom.

3.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details are accurate, including recipient name, delivery address, delivery date, and contact telephone number.

3.4 Requests for amendments must be made as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once preparation has begun.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Prices may be amended at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Delivery

5.1 We currently deliver within a 15-mile radius of Chagford, Devon (TQ13).

5.2 All orders are hand-delivered on Fridays and Saturdays only.

5.3 Order cut-off times:

  • Orders placed by 12:00 noon on Wednesday will be delivered on Friday or Saturday of the same week.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Wednesday will be delivered on Friday or Saturday of the following week.

5.4 Delivery charges:

  • Free delivery within 5 miles of Chagford (TQ13)

  • £5.00 for deliveries between 5–10 miles

  • £7.50 for deliveries between 10–15 miles

5.5 Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, access issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

5.6 If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe place;

  • Leave them with a neighbour; or

  • Attempt redelivery, which may incur an additional charge.

5.7 Beyond Bloom accepts no responsibility for the condition of flowers once they have been delivered and accepted, or left in a safe place.

6. Gift Messages

6.1 Gift messages will be printed exactly as supplied by the customer.

6.2 We are not responsible for spelling, grammar, or formatting errors provided by the customer.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Consumer Rights

7.1 Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has begun.

7.2 Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible. Where cancellation is accepted before preparation has begun, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

7.3 Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor variations in flower type, colour, or design;

  • Late delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control;

  • Deterioration caused by environmental conditions or recipient care.

7.4 Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographs.

7.5 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Events, Installations & Bespoke Work

8.1 Weddings, events, installations, and bespoke commissions may be subject to separate written agreements.

8.2 Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

8.3 Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

9. Force Majeure

Beyond Bloom shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, supplier failure, transport disruption, illness, or acts of God.

10. Liability

10.1 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.

10.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, imagery, branding, and designs remain the intellectual property of Beyond Bloom and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed solely for fulfilling orders, communication, and legal obligations, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. A full Privacy Policy is available on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Beyond Bloom, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

15. Flower Subscriptions

15.1 Subscription Service

Beyond Bloom offers recurring flower subscriptions on a fortnightly or monthly basis. By purchasing, you agree to receive deliveries at your chosen frequency until you pause, modify, or cancel them.

15.2 Payment & Billing

Payments are charged in advance on a recurring basis using the provided payment method. You authorise Beyond Bloom to take automatic payments for each cycle unless paused or cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

15.3 Pricing & Subscription Savings

Subscription pricing includes a discount compared to one-off purchases:
  • Fortnightly subscriptions save £3 per bunch.
  • Monthly subscribers save £2.50 per bunch.
Subscription prices may be reviewed periodically. Any price changes will apply only to future billing cycles and will be communicated in advance where required by law.

15.4 Delivery of Subscriptions

Subscription deliveries follow the same delivery areas, days, and conditions set out in Section 5 (Delivery). Delivery charges (if applicable) are applied in line with our standard delivery policy unless otherwise stated at the time of subscription.

15.5 Managing Your Subscription

You may pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time:
  • Via the link provided in your order confirmation or subscription emails, or
  • By contacting us at info@beyondbloom.co.uk
All changes (pausing, skipping, modifying, or cancelling) must be made before the cut-off time for the next delivery cycle, which is specified in your order confirmation or subscription emails. Any changes requested after this cut-off time will take effect starting with the following delivery cycle.

15.6 Cancellations & Refunds (Subscriptions)

Because subscription flowers are prepared specifically for each delivery:
  • Subscription orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once delivery preparation has begun.
  • If a subscription is cancelled after a payment has been taken but before preparation begins, the cancellation will apply only to future deliveries.
No refunds for missed deliveries due to incorrect details, recipient absence, or failure to manage the subscription in time.

15.7 Skipping Deliveries

Subscribers may skip individual deliveries without penalty, provided the skip is requested before the relevant cut-off time. Skipped deliveries do not incur a charge for that cycle.

15.8 Availability & Substitutions

All subscription arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. Flower varieties, colours, and composition may vary from delivery to delivery in line with Section 2 (Our Products). Variations are part of the subscription’s seasonal and artisan nature and are not considered defects.
15.9 Subscription Termination by Beyond Bloom
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if:
  • Payments fail repeatedly
  • Delivery is not possible due to access, safety, or logistical constraints.
  • The service is withdrawn or materially changed.
Any unused prepaid deliveries will be handled fairly and in accordance with UK consumer law.
